• Xeloniq reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order if fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or policy violation is suspected.

• Some services may depend on third-party providers / registrars / hosting infrastructure partners, and activation timelines may vary accordingly.

Pricing and Payments

All pricing displayed on the website is in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

• Customers agree to pay all applicable fees for the services purchased.

• Prices, plans, features, and promotional offers may change at any time without prior notice.

• Xeloniq is not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues, API errors, or third-party provider changes, and reserves the right to cancel such affected orders if necessary.

Refunds and Cancellations

All services are governed by the Xeloniq Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In general:

• Domain-related services are non-refundable once processed.

• Hosting, email, security, and similar digital services are non-refundable once activated / provisioned.

• AI automation, consulting, development, setup, and custom services are non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated.

Customers are advised to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during signup and purchase

• not to use our services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activities

• not to host, distribute, or transmit malware, spam, phishing content, illegal content, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

Suspension / Termination of Services

Xeloniq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any service or account without prior notice if:

• the customer violates these Terms & Conditions

• payment remains unpaid or disputed

• the service is used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, spam, phishing, or malicious activity

• compliance, legal, security, or provider-level action requires suspension

In such cases, refunds may not be applicable.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, design elements, and original content made available by Xeloniq are the intellectual property of Xeloniq or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or redistributed without permission.

Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeloniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• domain loss due to expiry / transfer / registry action

• downtime or service interruption caused by third-party providers

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific affected service.

No Warranty

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated by us in writing.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability of any service for a specific purpose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xeloniq, its owner, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• your misuse of the services

• your breach of these Terms & Conditions

• your violation of any law or third-party rights
