Refund Policy & Cancellation

Domain Services

All domain-related services including domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, and related add-on services are non-refundable once the order has been placed and processed.

Hosting Services

All hosting services including shared hosting, reseller hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud hosting, email hosting, and related hosting products are non-refundable once the order has been activated / provisioned.

Email, Security and Digital Products

Services such as business email, enterprise email, Google Workspace, Titan Email, SSL certificates, SiteLock, Xcitium, and similar digital/security products are non-refundable once activated, issued, or provisioned.

Custom / Professional / AI Services

Payments made for AI automation, consulting, website development, software development, setup, design, implementation, or any customized digital/professional services are non-refundable once the work has commenced or resources have been allocated.

Cancellation of Services

Customers may request cancellation of services to prevent future renewals where applicable. However, cancellation of a service does not entitle the customer to any refund for charges already paid.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered if:

• a duplicate payment has been made by mistake, or

• a payment has been charged but the service could not be provisioned due to a technical / billing issue attributable to us or our service provider.

Any such cases will be reviewed individually, and if approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
